Creator Led Labs was founded by Zaira Brilhante and Shannon Sheridan, two London-based entrepreneurs who wanted to make content creation feel more accessible for the local freelance community.

Creator Led Labs was founded by Zaira Brilhante and Shannon Sheridan, two London-based entrepreneurs who wanted to make content creation feel more accessible for the local freelance community.
Zaira
Zaira brings over 15 years of experience in film and production, having worked on large-scale international projects before transitioning into freelance creative work. Alongside her production background, she draws on years in journalism and four years as a Head of Production, where mentoring and developing others became a core part of how she works.
Based in Putney, Zaira is also a passionate runner and content creator, and she understands first-hand the challenges of balancing client work with building a consistent online presence.
Through Creator Led Labs, she combines her photography, videography and storytelling expertise to help freelancers communicate more clearly, more confidently, and more effectively with the people they want to reach.

Her background in Psychology shapes how she teaches: combining visual storytelling, audience psychology and business strategy to help freelancers communicate their value in a way that genuinely connects.
Drawing on her own experience balancing business with the realities of life and caring responsibilities, Shannon is passionate about helping founders build flexible, sustainable businesses that actually support the lives they want to lead.
Through Creator Led Labs, she helps freelancers and small business owners show up online with clarity and confidence, build authority in their field, and create businesses that feel like them.
